Froo! Bulk Revision is a great app to help you easily make changes to your live eBay listings without the hassle of having to cancel them and then re-list. Saves you time and effort and helps you get your listings just right.
How many amendments can I change for free per month?
You can amend up to 25 live listings for Free.
What will happen to my listings if I unsubscribe from Froo! Bulk Revision?

Nothing will happen to your listings if you unsubscribe from Froo! Bulk Revision. Any revisions you have made will stay as they are.

How do I move between pricing bands?

You will automatically move between pricing bands depend on how many revisions you have made in a calendar month. If you make less than 25 revisions in a month you will not be charged.

Do I have to pay a subscription?
No Froo! Bulk Revision is a pay as you go service so you only pay for what you use. You pay per revision you make, if you apply a title find and replace to 5 listings and the keyword is available in 3 listings you will use 3 revisions.

Will Froo! Bulk Revision affect eBay best match?
No, Froo! Bulk Revision will not affect eBay Best Match, in fact it is better to revise items than to cancel a listing and then re-list it with changes.
If I try to change a listing that can't be amended will I still get charged?
No, you only pay for amendments which are actually made to live listings.
Do you pay subscription based on use age?
Yes, you only pay for what you use and nothing more.
Do I still get charged if I don't use the system?
Absolutely not, you only pay for what you use. Prices are charged per block of amends.
Should I unsubscribe after I have amended what I need to?
There is no need to unsubscribe since you only pay for what you use.
What parts of a listing can I change?
You are able to change titles, sub-titles, descriptions, returns, start price, Buy it Now Prices,reserve prices, Quantities,dispatch times and PayPal address
What parts of a listing can't I change?
You are currently unable to modify item specifics, product images, duration, charity information, payment methods, shipping costs, item location, additional checkout instructions and adding bold.
How do I search for a group of listings I want to change?
Froo! Bulk Revision allows you to display all live listings or have a more detailed filtered search. The filtered search enables you to specify a price range, select a end date range, choose a listing type, select number of bids and enter a title or description keyword.

Please Note: Keyword search is a mandatory field due to eBay search methods.
How do I keep track of Amends I have made?
A full log of the amendments you have made is available within the application.
What level of support do you provide?
We have a great selection of FAQ's and plenty of tips and hints throughout the software which is really easy to use. If you get really stuck you can always contact us through our ticket help system and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Are amendments made immediately?

Yes, where eBay's amendment policy allows.

Can I undo changes?
As amendments are made immediately to your live eBay listings you can not undo any amendments you make, however our application will allow you to review your amendments before you commit and review which listings are about to amended.
Does amending listings through Froo! Bulk Revision affect eBay policies on amendments?
No, not all live listings can be changed. If a listing has active bids then you cannot perform certain revisions.
