How to use Froo

A step by step guide

1.1 Choose a template theme
  • To Select a design click on the "Select a Design" Tab:

  • There are many ways to choose a template theme:

  • Browse via Category: Click on the category selection drop down:



    Click on the desired category, then click the red button:


  • Search via keyword: Enter your keyword in the seach box:



    Then click the red button to search:


  • Scroll through results / all template themes: Simply click theft left arrow to go backwards and right to go forwards through the results:



1.2 Preview a Template Theme
  • If you would like to see a full sized version of a template theme click on the preview button:



    Then a pop up will appear showcasing the design in full screen:



    To close the window click the "Close Preview" button:


1.3 Select Template Theme
    If you would like to see your theme in a different color select a color from the pallette below that design:



  • If you would like to go back to the original colour scheme select the white box

  • Once you are happy with the design click "Select":


  • If you would like to change your design once you have selected on click on the "Change Design" Button:



  • Then start the process again

1.4 How Do I add themes to my favorites
  • Select a template theme and then click the favourite icon:


1.5 Where will I find my favorites
  • From the dropdown category menu select My Favorites:


1.6 How Do I remove themes from my favorites
  • View your favorites and then click the remove favourite icon from the desired template:


2.1 Choose your Logo

    To choose your logo click on the "Select a Design" tab:


    You can choose not to display a logo, upload your own logo, or provide a link to an allready hosted logo


If you do not wish to display a logo:
  • Select "Do not display a logo"

If you wish upload your own logo:
  • Select "Upload your own logo"

  • click the "browse" button

  • select a logo file from your pc (we recommend 310x90 PNG files)

  • Then click the "upload" button

If you wish to use your logo from a URL:
  • Select "Provide a URL link to your logo"

  • Type the URL to your image

3.1 Cross Promotion
    To switch the cross promotion gallery on and off click "Cross Promotion" tab:

  • Select Yes or No to display the cross promotion boxes:

  • This will display the cross promo box within your template theme:


3.2 Altering Cross Promotion

4.1 Seller Information
    To alter your seller information tabs select "Seller Info" tab:



  • Click the tab you wish to alter:
  • Then click the edit button:


  • The text will beconme editable, you can then rename the tab title and fill in your seller information:


  • When you are satisfied with the content click the save button to update your seller info:


5.1 Live and scheduled listings
    To assign your chosen template theme select "Assign to Listings" tab:



  • This will show your current live listings as default
    - if you wish to apply to scheduled listings click the "Scheduled" link:


  • NOTE: If you can only apply template themes to listings which have not yet recieved a bid these listings will have a green tick:


  • if you see a grey cross you cannot apply a template theme as a bid has been applied:


5.2 Assign to Listings
  • Choose a listing to apply a theme to. (Click the title of the listing to open a new window with the eBay listing)



  • To preview the chosen template theme click the magnifying glass icon:



  • When you are happy with the chosen template theme you can apply the template to the live/scheduled listing by clicking "apply to design" icon:


5.3 Bulk Assign to Multiple Listings
  • Tick the boxes of the listings you would like to apply a theme to:



  • To select all available listings click All:



  • When you are happy with your selections click the "Assign" icon:



  • You will then be asked to confirm your update:


6.1 Remove a Single Template Theme
  • If you need to remove a template theme click the remove design icon:



  • This will revert your listing back to your original.

6.2 Bulk Remove Multiple Template Themes
  • Tick the boxes of the listings you would like to remove themes from:



  • To select all available listings click All:



  • When you are happy with your selections click the "remove" icon:



  • You will then be asked to confirm your update:


  • This will revert your selected listings back to the originals.
