What does this App do?
Froo! Smart Social is a great FREE app to help you easily promote your products using Twitter and Facebook. Send items in bulk or automate the process to continually market your items.
Can I manually tweet/facebook more than 25 items at a time?
Froo! Smart Social will only let you manually queue up to 25 items at a time. This is partly to ensure that you don't "spam" the social networking sites and partly as a technical restriction on behalf of the social sites.

We recommend setting up the automation rules to ensure you have a constant drip feed of tweets and posts!
What will happen to my listings if I unsubscribe from Froo! Smart Social?

If you unsubscribe from Froo! Smart Social then any automation rules will stop working and you will no longer send listings to the social sites.

Any existing tweets and Facebook posts will remain on the social sites - but don't worry Froo! Smart Social is free so there is no need to unsubscribe!

Do I have to pay a subscription?
No Froo! Smart Social is completely, 100%, Free!
What level of support do you provide?
We have a great selection of FAQ's and plenty of tips and hints throughout the software which is really easy to use. If you get really stuck you can always contact us through our ticket help system and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Are the tweets and posts sent immediately?

No, Due to popularity there is a queing system inplace. The delay will between a few minutes to a few hours depending upon how busy the queue is at the time.

What if I don't like the software?
Please tell us what you don't like! We'd love to hear your comments and feedback. It's really easy to unsubscribe at any time.
